On Thursday, April 24, 2008, the Literacy Council of Northern Virginia's ESOL Volunteer Tutor Training Team won the Volunteer Service Award in the category of Adult Volunteer Groups. We are especially grateful to our training team: Mike Wolff, Bill Knowlton, Sherrie Rudick, Pat Matheson, and Mary Claire Penny for their amazing service as a training team.
