When the Literacy Council devised an incentive program aimed at increasing student attendance, the Safeway Foundation was there to provide the funding necessary to see it through fruition. Their support of the Student Incentive Program resulted in students moving through LCNV's programs more quickly and successfully, ushering students onto higher levels of learning and creating openings for students on waitlists. Their dedication to literacy education is changing lives every day in Northern Virginia.
