 Verizon has played an invaluable role in supporting the Literacy Council and expanding the awareness of the need for literacy and English language education in Northern Virginia. In addition to providing program support, Verizon was also the first donor to support LCNV's annual outreach event, Reading: A Family Affair, and continues to be its chief sponsor.
