Calling all former Literacy Council volunteers: you are invited to our second annual Back to School Night taking place this fall! If you have ever volunteered for the Council, no matter how long ago, we invite you to pay us a visit and rediscover the wonderful opportunities that we have to offer. LCNV has grown by leaps and bounds in the last 6–7 years and we want you to come by to see how easy it is to become involved once again. Various volunteer opportunities are available, whether you can commit to one day a year or one day a week. Representative volunteers for each opportunity will be onsite to answer any questions you may have. All are invited, so bring a friend or two! Current volunteers looking to contribute in other ways are also welcome to attend. This is an open house format, so stop in anytime between 6 and 9 pm, and stay as long as you like. Just by paying us a visit, you are eligible to win one of many fun prizes. Refreshments will be served.
